Angus Beef Fillet 2 x 200g

Two 200g fillet medallions, cut from the middle of the fillet where it's thickest and most even.

From Angus cattle we raise ourselves, grass fed. Cut by our butchers in Knysna.

From behind the counter: Fillet has little fat, so it needs a hot pan and a short cook. Butter at the end, rest it five minutes, serve it pink.
