From Angus cattle we raise ourselves, grass fed. Cut by our butchers in Knysna.

From behind the counter: Let it come to room temperature before it cooks. Hot pan or hot coals, a knob of butter at the end, and rest it before you cut.

Approx 400g. Cut by hand, so weight varies slightly. Delivered to your door, nationwide.
