Half a kilo of boerewors in a proper coil, made to our own recipe: coarse-ground beef and real spice, nothing stretched.

Made in our Knysna butchery from Angus beef we raise ourselves, grass fed. Sixty years of making it the same way.

From behind the counter: Don't prick it, you'll lose the fat that makes it worth eating. Medium coals, turn it once, rest it a minute before you cut.
