Karoo Leg of Lamb, Bone-In 2.5kg

A 2.5kg leg of Karoo lamb, bone in for the roast. Sunday lunch for six to eight.

From our own farm at Merweville in the Karoo. The veld does the seasoning; the lamb tastes of the place it grazed. Cut by our butchers in Knysna.

From behind the counter: Rosemary, garlic, olive oil. Roast at 180C, about 25 minutes per 500g for pink at the bone, then rest it under foil for 20.

Approx 2.5kg, bone in. Delivered to your door, nationwide.
