A 2kg rolled sirloin roast, tied by hand and ready for the oven. Carves into neat slices with no bone to fight.

From grass fed Angus cattle we raise ourselves, rolled and tied in our Knysna butchery.

From behind the counter: Sear it all over, then roast at 160C to your liking and pull it early: it keeps cooking while it rests. Twenty minutes under foil, carve thin.
